Stress & anxiety
Worry, overwhelm, panic and pressure at work or at home.
registered Person-Centred Therapist
A calm, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore what has been going on for you.
I'm Pricilla Finn, a Person-Centred counsellor and accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I have been practising since 2018, working with adults from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I believe counselling is a journey of self-discovery and personal development – a continual process that carries on both during and after our work together. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion, and I tailor our conversations to your unique needs.
I am a warm and empathic therapist. For our online sessions, I work from a quiet, private space at home, free from distractions, so that you can share what is on your mind safely and in confidence.
Person-Centred therapy puts you and your experiences at the core of our work. I won't hand you advice or ready-made solutions – instead, I offer a space where you can express your feelings and find your own way through your challenges.
You decide what you want to bring to each session. Wherever it leads, we go there together.
A calm and accepting place to explore your life, come to terms with an issue, or confront something troubling you.
I work to the ethical codes of my professional bodies, so you can trust that our sessions are held safely and professionally.
"Counselling is a journey of self-discovery that continues long after our sessions have ended."

For me, this was the first therapist where I felt heard and seen. I've been through a lot of therapy with all kinds of different approaches. She is by far the kindest, most empathic and understanding therapist I ever had.

Person-Centred counselling puts you and your experiences at the core of the work. It is non-directive: you decide what to bring to each session, and I offer empathy, acceptance and genuineness so you can find your own way forward rather than being given advice.
The discovery call is free and lasts 20 minutes. It gives us both the chance to see whether we are a good fit, and you can ask anything about how counselling works.
An individual session is £65 for 50 minutes. Specialist sessions range from £75 to £150, and programmes of 6 or 8 sessions cost £360 or £480. See Services & fees for the full list.
